Ben is a multidisciplinary team leader with over 25 years experience in all tiers of IT support and administration. He is also an individual contributor with a demonstrated history of project management, installation and maintenance. Ben has spent 25 years with SIM2K and the last 5 as its president and CEO. Ben started on the bottom in an entry level position and learned his way up through service and sales. When his dad got sick, he was in position to take over leadership of the company and went on to lead it through COVID and all it's associated challenges.
Ben is dedicated to SIM2K's clients and team and has invested in Indianapolis, its companies and its culture. Ben spends his free time with family, in the outdoors and volunteering with environmental causes.
