Collection of Personal Information
We may collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with any Blueclone website or service(s). We may also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, service provider, language, access times, and referring website addresses along with advanced information such as recordings of each site website visit.
Use of Your Personal Information
Blueclone collects and uses your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as Notices (defined in Term of Service), company updates, billing reminders, technical service issues, security announcements, cloud service notifications, and emergency announcements. We may also occasionally send you surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from Blueclone and/or our affiliates and partners. You may opt-out of receiving marketing email communications from Blueclone at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences links in our emails.
Personal information collected via Blueclone including via web sites, software, consulting, or services may be stored and processed in the United States, Canada, India, UK, or any other country in which Blueclone or its affiliates, partners or agents maintain facilities, and by using a Blueclone Service, web site or product, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
Some of Blueclone’s services may be private labeled, white labeled or co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company or partner. If you register for or use such services, both Blueclone and the other company or partner may receive information collected in conjunction with the private labeled, white labeled or co-branded service.
We occasionally hire or use services of other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as providing support, back office services, hosting, cloud services, data centers, software, servers, and processing transactions. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal, billing, and technical information needed to deliver service. They are required to maintain the confidentially of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Blueclone; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Blueclone (including enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of a Blueclone Service.

Data Breach Procedures
We shall notify clients of any Data Breach as soon as practicable and without undue delay after becoming aware of it. Such notification will describe the nature of the Data Breach, the area and number of Data Subjects & Personal Data records concerned. In the event of a Data Breach we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy the Data Breach, investigate, document, and undertake required response activities. Regular status reports would be provided to Customer on Data Breach response activities.
Security of your Personal Information
Blueclone is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. If an access code, PIN, password or encryption key is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password and/or encryption key(s) confidential. Do not share your password or encryption key with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a web site, portal or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use any Blueclone service what so ever. In no event may our website be used by a child under the age of 13.

Certain Exceptional Disclosures
We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct or potential threats to the physical safety of any person. We may, for site security purposes and to ensure that Blueclone Services remain available to all users, employ software programs and/or hardware to monitor traffic, to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. In the event of authorized law enforcement investigations, and pursuant to any required legal process, information from these sources may be used to help identify an individual or entity.
We may share aggregated statistical information with our business partners or for public relations. For example, we may disclose that a specific percentage of our users live in New Jersey. However, this aggregated information is not tied to personally identifiable information.
Blueclone will occasionally update this privacy statement as needed. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the “Last Revised” date at the top of this statement. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Blueclone will use your personal information, we will notify you either by posting a notice of such prior to implementing the change(s) or by directly sending you a notification. We suggest you periodically review this statement to be informed of how Blueclone is protecting your information.
