Blueclone is committed to protecting your privacy. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. However, as described below (“Sharing of Your Personal Information”), there are limited circumstances in which some of your information will be shared with third parties, under strict limitations.

Some of Blueclone’s services may be private labeled, white labeled or co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company or partner. We occasionally hire or use services of other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as providing support, back office services, hosting, cloud services, data centers, software, servers, and processing transactions. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal, billing, and technical information needed to deliver service. They are required to maintain the confidentially of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We may access and/or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Blueclone; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Blueclone (including enforcement of our agreements); or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of a Blueclone Service.

How we use cookies

In the event of a Data Breach we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy the Data Breach, investigate, document, and undertake required response activities. Regular status reports would be provided to Customer on Data Breach response activities.

Security of your Personal Information

Blueclone is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. If an access code, PIN, password or encryption key is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password and/or encryption key(s) confidential. Do not share your password or encryption key with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a web site, portal or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

Minors

Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use any Blueclone service what so ever. In no event may our website be used by a child under the age of 13.

Blueclone.com along with all other Blueclone websites contain links to several external sites belonging to other private and public organizations, and in a few cases individuals or government.
