Third-Party Service Providers

ONLY PROVIDERS USED FOR A CLIENT’S ORDERED SERVICES APPLY TO THAT CLIENT. PROVIDERS AND LINKS MAY CHANGE.

Application. This schedule identifies providers that Blueclone Networks, LLC (“Blueclone”) may use, integrate, administer, or resell. A listing does not mean the provider is included in every Client’s Agreement; only providers applicable to the Client’s ordered products or Services apply to that Client.

Provider terms. Use of a third-party product or service may be subject to the provider’s then-current license, acceptable-use, privacy, support, data-processing, service-specific, and order-specific terms. Those terms are established and updated by the provider. Client agrees to review and comply with the terms applicable to its ordered products and Services.

Provider changes, pricing, and data. As permitted by the applicable Agreement, Blueclone may add, replace, discontinue, or migrate providers. A change may require migration, configuration, hardware, licensing, training, professional services, minimum commitments, or different consumption and may increase recurring or non-recurring fees. Applicable pricing and scope changes will be handled under the Agreement or an approved change order. When a provider Processes Client Personal Data, the Blueclone Data Processing Agreement and applicable provider data-processing terms govern. Client must disclose regulated data, geographic restrictions, and direct or up-chain compliance requirements before affected data is used with a provider.

Schedule maintenance. This schedule may not identify every manufacturer, carrier, distributor, temporary project vendor, Client-directed provider, open-source component, or provider that does not Process Client Personal Data. Blueclone may update the schedule under the applicable Agreement. Links are provided for convenience and may change without notice to Blueclone.
