Business Development & Marketing - Princeton, Nj

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead and oversee the development and growth or our company.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Technology/IT, selling technology product solutions, and has good quality, established relationships. This candidate will be a success motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial heart that is looking for a business ownership opportunity by way of contribution rather than purchasing or building a business from inception. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have a considerable marketing & management track record, along with the following requirements:

• Minimum 8 years business development and marketing experience specific to technology industry.
• Strong business to business and market development skills and project management.
• Mature client relationships in verticals such as Healthcare, Education, Pharma, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Hi-Tech.
• Ability to develop program for internal sales executives generating quality C-level leads.
• Deep understanding of technology sales and a successful track in solution-based selling and relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of assessing the market, developing a sales strategy and delivering on those initiatives and growing a business.
• Hands-on executive who has met quotas of $2M+, each year without needing significant ramp up time.
• Verifiable history of selling and building hi-tech sales.
• Ability to develop sales methodologies with an average sales cycle of 90 days or less for sales team.
• Proven track record of account development and management.
• Strong technical aptitude; IT centric but business focused.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Skilled at creating marketing presentations, product demonstrations, and web site content.
• Skilled at online marketing campaigns through AD words, email marketing, and web site banners.
• Strong entrepreneurial style and customer focus.
• Strong work ethic. Tenacious, selective, win-win negotiator, customer advocate, charismatic, strategic executor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Blueclone's vision and strategy.
• Support overall process management and corporate decision-making to ensure Blueclone maximizes it's short & long term goals.
• Develop, review, and report on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
• Negotiate proposals for enterprise, large and/or complex potential clients and partners.
• Manage remote sales team and telecommuting staff.
• Strategic alliance and channel management.
• Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning.
• Competitor and market analysis.
• Impact Blueclone's profitability through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results.
• Develop and maintain sales projections and participate in budgeting process.
