Sales Executive - Princeton, Nj
We are looking for experienced Technology Sales Executives to help us grow our business in NJ & PA.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Technology/IT, selling technology product solutions, and has established relationships. This candidate will be a success motivated self-starter who can uncover and identify customer needs in a business to business environment and successfully present and sell our solutions and service offerings.
The successful candidate will have proven sales capabilities along with the following requirements:
• Strong business to business and market development skills; prospecting, qualifying and closing.
• Mature client relationships in verticals such as Healthcare, Education, Pharma, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Hi-Tech.
• Ability to generate C-level leads through existing contacts, professional networking and cold-call techniques.
• Deep understanding of technology sales and a successful track in solution-based selling and relevant work experience.
• Past success in creating, communicating, demonstrating and delivering a client value proposition that maximizes long-term growth.
• Verifiable history of selling technology services.
• Ability to execute a transactional sales methodology with an average sales cycle of 120 days or less.
• Proven track record of account development and management.
• Strong technical aptitude; IT centric but business focused.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Skilled at conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong entrepreneurial style and customer focus.
• Strong work ethic. Tenacious, selective, win-win negotiator, customer advocate, charismatic, strategic executor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify sales leads and build Pipeline. Pursue and close leads to generate revenue.
• Develop and leverage existing relationships through meetings, presentations, networking, direct marketing, etc.
• Perform consultative selling to new and existing customers identifying product and professional service offerings to best suit the customer’s needs and business.
• Negotiate proposals for large and/or complex potential clients and partners.
• Successfully manage client experience and satisfaction.
• Identify, communicate and prepare scope of work, proposals, rate schedules and appropriate internal documentation.
